Hi, I have an almost 9 month old who feeds really well on solids..he will eat almost anything! I currently give him fruits, dairy, bread and veggies but not yet meat coz I don't know how? Can anyone tell me how they gave meat and what meats you give? (I know it sounds like a silly question..sorry) Also, does anyone feed their bubs what they are having for dinner? And how do you do it? (like is it mashed up with a fork, or blended as a puree...or cut up in finger food?) Is it ok for them to have everything in the food..such as onions, garlic, and some herbs and spices? Help would be appreciated! Thanks.
